Join Sunny Ji, founder of MyBollywoodBody and his daughter Coach Aafie for the Kids Fitness Bootcamp at home for ages 4-10. In this series you will be getting 5 video training lessons, 20-25 minute in length each. Every video has a level and as you train with Coach Aafie and Sunny Ji, they will gradually increase the level of intensity of the training. This will ensure you and your kids have a good amount of rest as well as a LOT OF FUN while going through the training exercises to make your kids healthy and fit. The trainers will take you through a series of warm up and cool down exercises to build good habits and reduce any chance of injury. You will need a 6 feet by 6 feet area, in your living room, outside or anywhere in the house. No equipment is required for this Kids Fitness Bootcamp. The trainers will be doing basic exercises like planks, pushups, wall sits, squat jumps, frog jumps and many more. It is recommended if young children are watching and following along with the fitness exercises, that a parent or guardian or older sibling is watching them and monitoring what they are doing.
